The Team Behind You

Nanci Longworth Albrecht
Owner, Chief Strategist

As you can imagine of the company founder, Nanci has lived and breathed media and marketing her entire career. Prior to opening the doors of Longworth in 2007, she served as Senior Vice President of Client Services for ja&g, a regional agency out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

While at ja&g, she opened and managed their Indianapolis and St. Petersburg, FL offices. Nanci’s accounts included The Kroger Company’s Indianapolis, Atlanta and Memphis divisions representing 28 markets; QFC (Kroger’s west coast brand) in Seattle; and the national Eckerd Drug account, whose footprint covered the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast regions.

Prior to that, Nanci directed media for 140 stores in McDonald’s Indianapolis Region while at Bandy Carroll Hellige. She even earned a media degree from “Hamburger University” in Oakbrook, IL., the fast-food giant’s prestigious world-wide management training center.

Experience that led her to the Kroger, Eckerd and McDonald’s brands included her role as Associate Media Director for Pearson Crahan and Fletcher where she worked on retail, healthcare, media, casual dining, service and entertainment accounts.

Nanci developed a client perspective from her tenure as Vice President of “The Ad Workshop,” an in-house agency for Preston Safeway Foods, a local 13-store grocery chain. She sees this perspective as one of her most valuable assets in serving her clients today.

When she’s not helping businesses succeed, Nanci loves nothing more than trail riding and camping with her Missouri Fox Trotter. From beaches to mountains, Nanci is happiest on horseback.

Her first media job was with GSD&M in Chicago, where she advanced from Assistant Media Buyer to National Broadcast Planner in just three years and worked on national accounts, including: AARP, AT&T, MasterCard, Popeyes, the US Air Force and so on. That led to a position as Media Supervisor at Chicago’s Spark Communications, where she not only supervised and trained associates, but also negotiated and managed media buys for national brands, such as CiCi’s Pizza, Dairy Queen, Delta Faucets and Famous Footwear. Becca joined Longworth in early 2017.
